Help us help you faster
- Write from the e-mail of your PnL World account — for anything about your account we can only act on a request from that address.
- Include your UID — the 8-digit number on your trader card. It never changes, even if you rename yourself.
- For a tournament or an order — add the tournament name and the time (with your time zone) and, if you can, a screenshot.
What to write about
- Account and sign-in — access problems, name changes, phone verification.
- Data requests — a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account (see the privacy policy).
- Results and fair play — if you think a result or a place is wrong, or you suspect someone breaks the rules. Results can be reviewed after a tournament.
- Partners and press — partnerships, the partner programme, media.
